Meet Mattie & Frisky. Mattie & Frisky are a bonded pair of seniors who are looking for their forever home together. Frisky is a 13 year old Portuguese Podengo mix and Mattie is an 11 year old Australian Kelpie mix. Frisky and Mattie's story is a very sad one. Their owner passed away, leaving them to be cared for by a friend who also passed away. They were ultimately brought to MCHS to find their forever homes. These two sweet girls were brought in during May of xxxx and were adopted out for a short period of time before being returned, due to no fault of their own. Do you have the room in your heart to take in this older pair and give them the forever home that they deserve? Mattie & Frisky are GREAT with other dogs and with cats! They love a good ear scratch and belly rub! Mattie's estimated date of birth is 1/1/xxxx and Friskys estimated date of birth is 5/20/xxxx. Please, if you are adopting, consider a senior...or two! The adoption fee for this bonded pair is $200.00. This fee includes spaying / neutering, age appropriate vaccinations, Bordetella, Rabies vaccines for pets 4 months and older, microchip, 30 days of free pet insurance, heartworm test for dogs 7 months and older and worming. Dogs are kept on monthly heartworm prevention.
